How to get to Calle dei Botteri from the Rialto Mercato vaporetto stop :
Calle dei Botteri, San Polo, 1569
La Villeggiatura is located at the third floor of a Venetian Palazzo and, as usual for Venice, we do not have lift.
From Marco Polo Airport::
1) Water taxi (approx. €110, 25min ). Easy, romantic, but expensive! Anyway we usually suggest this option if our Guests have heavy bags or for families. You can book a taxi at the front desk of Consorzio Motoscafi in the Arrivals Area or you can turn left out of the airport and go directly to the taxi stop (Darsena Motoscafi). Ask the driver to take you to Calle dei Botteri, at the corner with Rialto fish market and the Grand Canal, walk a few meters to N° 1569. Ring the bell: La Villeggiatura – Francesca Adilardi.
Also try the sharing water taxi service: www.sharevenice.com
2) Taxi ( about 30 €, 20 minutes )
to Piazzale Roma and then follow the signs following.
3) Shuttle bus ( 20 min. ) / city bus ( 25 min ) + water-bus ( 15 min ) : every 15 or 30 minutes there is a bus to get to Piazzale Roma ( bus and water-bus terminal ). From Piazzale Roma take the water-bus “vaporetto” line #1, see directions below.

www.actv.it ( city line 5 )
From the Venice airport
there a direct boat (Alilaguna Service ) is also available but we don’t suggest you this option if you have heavy luggage.
– Alilaguna – Orange line (15 Euros – 50 minutes www.alilaguna.it/lineaarancio ) get off at San Stae ( our side of the Grand Canal ) or Rialto main stop ( on the other side so please follow the direction below ). This option is fine if you already have a city map so you can understand how far we are from those stops.
From Treviso airport
a shuttle bus is always available from Treviso to Piazzale Roma (bus and water-bus terminal in Venice). In order to check the shuttle-bus schedule please click this link: http://www.atvo.it/
From Piazzale Roma or railway station (Santa Lucia):
At Piazzale Roma find the water-side and ask for vaporetto (water-bus: 7 Euros, 15 min) line # 1, NO line 2 ( it doesn’t stop at Rialto Mercato )
Outside the train station you will find Grand Canal. On the right you will see the line #1 water-bus stop.
Take vaporetto and get off at Rialto Mercato stop and turn right walking through the market area, keeping the Grand Canal always on the right. Cross the small bridge (Fondamenta dell’Ogio) and after few metres on your left you will find Calle dei Botteri: walk a few metres to N° 1569 (left side of the street ) Ring the bell: La Villeggiatura –Francesca Adilardi.
Cross the Rialto bridge and go straight ahead until the fish market square at Campo delle Beccarie. Go over the little bridge, Ponte delle Beccarie, go straight ahead and a few meters later you will arrive in Calle dei Botteri, turn left until you see 1569 right after a restaurant called Al Garanghelo. La Villeggiatura – Francesca Adilardi written by the door-bell.
